Acts Adult Day & Activity Center opened its doors back in August of 2010. We are a family owned and operated business where family ties are woven into every thread of service.
Our mission is to provide a safe, engaging, and compassionate environment for adults, fostering their physical, emotional, and social well-being. We are dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for our participants through meaningful activities, personalized care, and supportive community connections.
Howdy! My name is Yvette Salazar (in the dress), I am 1/5 of the Salazar 5! I run our social accounts and websites, as well as help coordinate events! In the grey you will see my dad, Michael Salazar, the one who started it all and founded Acts Adult Day & Activity Center back in August of 2010. Next to me on my left is my mom, Yvonne Salazar. She is our on site Nurse aka, the gentle guardian of your loved ones health. Last but certainly not least, my sister, Aliana Salazar, our assistant administrator. She works behind the scenes keeping us sailing smoothly on the sea of chaos. Not pictured, our 5/5 Salazar, our honorable mention, Pamela Salazar. Although not a part of our ACTS team, she swoops in when needed to be our backbone in times of need.

"My father has been attending this facility for a few months. They understand our family’s needs and care for him like we would. They are always doing fun things with the clients. My father is non verbal so we need lots of communication. This facility keeps us informed of our father’s daily activities. We visited a few other facilities before deciding on this location. Over all they had everything we needed to care for our father." - Toni Nino from Google Reviews
